Art&design research project that explores movement actuated performance systems.
Collaboration with Roos van Berkel and Serge Offermans, developing a wireless sensing and lighting control platform. In performance, this tools allows to capture movement and generate light behaviors based on sensor data.
The project was supported by the Stimuleringsfonds creative industrie and the Intelligent Lighting lab@TU Eindhoven
My academic research was linked to a four-year funded research position at the Amsterdam School of the Arts in the Netherlands. (Lectoraat: Art, Research, Theory & Innovation lead by Marijke Hoogenboom and Henk Borgdorff). There, I investigated the design processes of responsive environments and developed a series of scenarios which expose processes of transformation. See my research project: “Responsive Environments,”
